TRISCHA ROY

Trischa Roy

President/CEO

Prior to joining Acme Floorz, Trischa’s journey of success started at an early age of 9. From delivering newspapers to starting her own design, print and promotions company, this road has provided her with real world, hands-on entrepreneurial business knowledge.

Along the way, Trischa’s career has also included management positions within the construction, engineering and manufacturing industries.

Her management responsibilities included development and implementation of annual business plan goals and department budgets, customer/product recaps and sales projections, annual direct mail campaigns, trade show and advertising schedules, company web sites and promotion/incentive programs for in-house and outside sales teams.

In 2012, after Trischa and Scott were married, her role with Acme Floorz dramatically changed. The vision of the two of them together was huge!

In 2017, Trischa with the already 7 years of sweat equity with Acme Floorz, was appointed to the position of President/CEO and acquired primary ownership in the company.

Trischa’s role today continues with overseeing the day to day operations and financial decisions for the company along with approval of bids and project take-offs. Her customer service driven attitude, passion and knowledge will position Acme Floorz for future growth and success.

Vice President / Field Operations

Scott’s journey through the tile, stone and flooring trade has been long but rewarding. Scott started in 1985 as an apprentice for a California based company, Connick Flooring. He immediately knew this was what he wanted to do. Scott went on the become a master of his craft with tile, stone and flooring installations.

In 1990, Scott moved to Las Vegas, NV and worked with Southern Nevada Tile and Marble until they closed their doors in 1994. Scott continued to work with several large flooring companies managing project installations.

In 1997, Scott obtained his first contractors license with the Nevada State Contractors Board and became a sub-tier contractor for the same companies he worked with. This continued until 2017, when the pivot of the business model began.

Scott & Trischa Roy started their venture together under Acme Floorz Incorporated and collaborated on their business management, operational skills and installation talents to build the company to what it is today.

Assuming the role of Vice President, Scott continues to oversee all field operations including the field crews, field safety, project scheduling, staging and installation activities.

Operations / Marketing Manager

Tiffany brings to Acme Floorz a background of over 25 years in Sales, Marketing and Advertising. It all started when the trajectory of her life changed when she ventured away from where she was born on the island of Oahu to pursue her education at one of the top business schools.

After 4 years of attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Tiffany received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing & Human Resource Management with a minor in music and then relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1997.

Tiffany’s dedication and purpose-driven attitude quickly advanced her 21 year corporate career from an administrative role to management in sales and marketing. Many responsibilites and completed projects increased her knowledge from operations to execution of global promotions. She coordinated tradeshow arrangements from graphics to full setup, maintained an online website with over 10,000 parts, created printed materials from single sheets to 600 page catalogs and created budgets to keep the advertising/marketing department focused.

After the downturn of the economy in early 2020, Tiffany made a decision to join Acme Floorz. Her natural ability to go above and beyond expectations has been an asset to pursuing the goals and objectives of the company today.
